The 2025 season will be the Seattle Seahawks' 50th in the National Football League (NFL), their 16th under the leadership of general manager John Schneider and their second under head coach Mike Macdonald.
They will attempt to improve on their 10–7 record from last season, make the playoffs after a two-year absence, and win the NFC West title for the first time since 2020.

In addition to their home and away matchups against their NFC West division rivals, the Seahawks will play against the teams from the NFC South and AFC South.
They'll also play against the teams that finished in second place in the NFC East, NFC North and AFC North last season.
