308th Brigade Support Battalion

[1] The battalion was broken up 1 August 1943 and reorganized and Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment was re designated as the 308th Quartermaster Fumigation and Bath Battalion.

[2] The battalion took part in World War II in the Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe campaigns, and was inactivated 25 November 1945 in Austria.

[1] The 308th Quartermaster Battalion was reformed on 14 September 1961 as part of the Regular Army and activated 25 September 1961 in Germany.

[1] On 15 June 2005 the 308th Support Battalion was again organised and activated 18 July 2007 at Fort Lewis, Washington in support of the 17th Fires Brigade.
