Aanikai is the main island of North Tabiteuea, in Kiribati.

[1][2] Its surface area is 22.4 km2 (about 24 km2 of the entire northern part of the atoll).

The warmest month is January, when the average temperature is 26 °C, and the coldest is December, with 24 °C.

The rainiest month is June, with an average of 168 mm precipitation, and the driest is November, with 16 mm of precipitation.
