Abazinsky District (Russian: Абази́нский райо́н; Abaza: Абаза район; Karachay-Balkar: Абаза район; Kabardian: Абазэ куей) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the ten in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia.
The area of the district is 300 square kilometers (120 sq mi).
[2] Its administrative center is the rural locality (an aul) of Inzhich-Chukun.
[1] As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 17,069, with the population of Inzhich-Chukun accounting for 15.2% of that number.
