Acrocercops ustulatella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae.

It is known from India (West Bengal) and Sri Lanka.

[1] The larvae feed on Diospyros ebenum, Diospyros embryopteris, Diospyros malabarica and Diospyros montana.

They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.
