Adam Oster

He was a leading society man, believed to have held public office during the late 19th century.

[1] He first established a successful village store, and eventually owned land and other businesses.

One of his grandsons, Adam Rettinger (1902 - 1921) was killed when a plane crashed his fishing boat at Belle Isle Park in Detroit, Michigan.
