Adylbek Aleshovich Kasymaliev (born 1 December 1960) is a Kyrgyz politician who has served as the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan since 2024.

He also served as the Ministry of Economy and Finance from 2 May 2015 to 6 December 2018.
