Agnes Basilia Tjongarero (born 17 May 1946) is a Namibian politician.
Tjongarero was born on 17 May 1946 in Walvis Bay, South Africa (today Namibia).

She was appointed to the National Assembly in 2010 by president Hifikepunye Pohamba.
