Mohammad Akram Osman (May 2, 1937 – August 11, 2016) was an Afghan short-story writer, novelist and intellectual.
He has worked, for years, as narrator and writer of several social – cultural programs in Afghanistan's Radio and Television.
The magazine Farda[15] was published by Afghan Pen Club in Stockholm under his supervision.
The films are based on the short stories Real Men Keep Their Word[16] and The Deceptive Object.
[34][35] Some of Osman's writings have been published in Russian[43] and Bulgarian languages and also in cyrillic alphabet in Tajikistan.
