Akumu Catherine Mavenjina

Akumu Catherine Mavenjina is a Ugandan lawyer, politician from Nebbi District, Uganda.

Throughout her tenure and during her, she participated in legislative matters, championed women's rights, and addressed the community's needs.

She lost to Agnes Acibu in the 2021 general election as the Woman Member of Parliament Representing Nebbi District.

Mavenjina also served as the chairperson of the organizing committee for the 2024 Martyrs’ Day celebration in Nebbi.

However, the case was ultimately dismissed by the High Court judge due to a lack of evidence supporting her allegations.
