Aleksejs Loskutovs (born August 22, 1962) is a Latvian politician.
He served as a Member of the European Parliament for Unity from January 24, 2019, until July 1, 2019.
In 1984, he graduated with a law degree from the University of Latvia and later obtained a doctorate in 1993.
[2] In 1984, he joined the Prosecutor's Office in Riga and also worked at the Ministry of the Interior of the Latvian SSR.
He entered the European Parliament in January 2019 following the resignation of Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš.
