Alexey Vishnitsky (Russian: Вишницкий, Алексей Иванович Ukrainian: Вишницький Олексій Іванович; 1 May 1981, in Kharkiv) honoured master of sports, champion of Europe, record holder of Europe, 2 times IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) powerlifting world champion, member of the team of strongmen of Ukraine.

His older brother works in the Kharkiv Fire Lifeguard Department of the Ministry of Emergencies.

In 1998 Vishnitsky finished secondary school at Number 120 in Kharkiv.

In 1998 he entered the Academy of Physical Culture and Sport in Kharkiv and graduated with a master's degree in 2004.
