Alia Ali

Alia Ali (Arabic: علي عاليه, Sabean: 𐩡𐩱𐩲|𐩲𐩺𐩡𐩱𐩲; born 1985) is a Yemen-Bosnian-American multimedia artist.

She has studios in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States and Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

[5] Ali is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts and Wellesley College.

[5] Her artwork is partly based on Yemeni cultures and figures, including the Queen of Sheba.

She is a Nikon Global Ambassador and also received the ARTSY Vanguard Prize for 2021–22.
