The racial makeup of the CDP was 90.24% White, 2.44% Native American, 1.22% Asian, and 6.10% from two or more races.

25.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Public education in the community of Alpine Northeast is provided by Lincoln County School District #2.
