Grover is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lincoln County, Wyoming, United States.

[4] The community was named after Grover Cleveland, 22nd and 24th President of the United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.9 square mile (2.2 km2), all land.

20.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
