Altru Health System is an American healthcare organization headquartered in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Altru is a nonprofit serving over 230,000 residents in northeast North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.

Altru Health System's facilities include a 257-bed acute care hospital, a 10-bed specialty center, 14 clinics across eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

Targeted for completion in late 2024, Altru’s newly constructed hospital will include seven floors, space for 226 licensed patient beds, a 16-bed observation unit and an entire negative pressure unit.
