Amarapuri is a town in Gaidakot Municipality in Nawalpur District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal.
It became a municipality in May 2014 by merging the existing Mukundapur, Amarapuri, Gaidakot, Nawalparasi, VDCs.
