Anacithara stricta is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Horaiclavidae.
(Original description) The subcylindrical shell is blunt at either end.
The ribs are slight and inconspicuous, their own breadth apart, those on the body whorl descending from the suture only to the periphery.
These are dominated by the spirals, which are coarse, wide-spaced, and amount to eighteen on the body whorl.
[2] This marine species is endemic to Australia and occurs off Queensland.
