André Bérard, OC OQ (born August 13, 1940) is a Canadian businessman and former president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of the National Bank of Canada.
He joined the National Bank of Canada in 1958, becoming president and chief operating officer in 1986.
From 1986 to 1989, he was chair of the executive council of the Canadian Bankers Association.
In 1995, he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada for his "remarkable demonstration of his leadership qualities".
He has received two honorary doctorates from the University of Ottawa and from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales of the Université de Montréal.
