Andreas Petermann (born 7 June 1957) is a retired German cyclist.
He won a gold medal in the 100 km team time trial at the 1979 UCI Road World Championships.
[1] Next year he competed for East Germany at the 1980 Summer Olympics in the individual road race and finished in tenth place.
[1] After retirement from competitions, he worked as a college lecturer in cycling in Leipzig.
From 1995 to 2000 he was a head coach of the German Triathlon Union in the areas of performance diagnostics and training analysis.
