On August 14, 2022, Nardi was selected to the 40-man roster and promoted to the major leagues for the first time alongside Parker Bugg.

He made 13 appearances for the Marlins during his rookie campaign, struggling to a 9.82 ERA with 24 strikeouts in 14+2⁄3 innings pitched.
