Angela Hill (journalist)

Prior to moving to New Orleans, she worked as an anchor and assistant news director at then-CBS affiliate KGBT-TV in Harlingen, Texas.

[7] In April 1975, Angela Hill was hired as the consumer reporter for WWL-TV, the CBS affiliate in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.

[13][14] During Hill's 38-year career at WWL-TV, she traveled to Paris, London, Beirut, China, Africa and Rome where she would deliver the news and produce documentaries.

[6][10]  Hill's interviewees included notable actors, authors, fashion designers, musicians, and politicians including Danny Thomas,[17] Oprah Winfrey,[18] Anne Rice,[19] Bill Clinton,[20] Cokie Roberts,[21] Lindy Boggs,[21] Dave Thomas,[22][23] Willie Nelson,[24] Tommy Hilfiger,[25] Roberta Flack,[26] John Goodman,[27] and Oscar de la Renta.

[5][29] During her career as an American journalist, Angela Hill produced documentaries on China, in 1979, and the Golden Fleece Awards, in 1978.
