Anthony James Joseph Simonds-Gooding CBE (10 September 1937 – 16 October 2017) was an Irish-born British business executive.
[1] He served as a chief executive officer of British Satellite Broadcasting (BSB).
[3] Born in Dublin, he spent his early years in British India and later moved to Kerry, Ireland.
[2] In 1973, Simonds-Gooding joined Whitbread, contributing to the branding of Stella Artois.
[2] He also chaired the Rose Theatre in Kingston and D&AD, addressing financial issues in both organizations.
