Anton Schaaf

Anton Schaaf (30 January 1962 – 2 November 2020) was a German politician and trade unionist.

He joined the Socialist Youth of Germany – Falcons in 1977 and became a part of its federal executive board.

He joined the Social Democratic Party of Germany as a trainee in 1986, and was let go of his garbage disposal job.

[1] He was part of the municipal council of Mülheim and led the local association Dümpten Nord from 2001 to 2002.

He moved to Wolfsburg because his wife became a city councilor for sport, social affairs, and health there.
