Aphelia paleana, the timothy tortrix , is a moth of the family Tortricidae.
It is found in Europe, and across the Palearctic to China (Heilongjiang, Beijing) and the Russian Far East.

The larvae feed on various herbaceous plants such as Pulicaria dysenterica and wolfberry.
