Apilactobacillus is a genus of bacteria from the family of Lactobacillaceae.
[1][2] The genus Apilactobacillus comprises the following species:[2] The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature[2] and the phylogeny is based on whole-genome sequences,[1] except for the recently described A. nanyangensis, which has been added based on a 16S rRNA gene phylogeny by the GGDC web server.
