Schoutedenella pyrrhoscelis (Laurent, 1952) Arthroleptis pyrrhoscelis is a species of frog in the family Arthroleptidae.

It is endemic to the Itombwe and Kabobo highlands in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

It is supposedly a common species.
