Arun Kumar Sahoo (born 6 June 1967)[1] is an Indian politician from Odisha.

He last won in the 2024 Odisha Legislative Assembly election representing the Biju Janata Dal.

He completed his Ph.D. in history in 2013 at North Odisha University, Sriram Chandra Vihar, Baripada.

at Utkal University Ni Vini Vihar, Bhubaneshwar in 1990 and later, completed L.L.B.

[3] He polled 81,959 votes and defeated his nearest rival, Pratyusha Rajeshwari Singh of Bharatiya Janata Party, by a narrow margin of 439 votes.
