Avery Konrad (born December 31, 1994),[1] is an actress from British Columbia, Canada.
Her breakout role is Sara Myers in the MGM+ science fiction horror television series From (2022–present).
[3][4] Born in Vancouver, Konrad began acting at a young age,[5] receiving intensive training at the Vancouver Film School[6] and performing her first monologue.
[7] This has become a great passion for her today and she loves mentoring the next generation on and off stage, shaping their development through dance and helping them achieve their goals.
