Avinash Gehlot (born 9 December 1981) is an Indian politician[1] currently serving as the Cabinet Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment Department in Government of Rajasthan.

[4] According to the educational qualification mentioned in his election affidavit, he has gained his BA degree from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer (Raj.)

and LL.B from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (Raj.).

He contested the Rajasthan legislative assembly elections in 2018 from Jaitaran, Pali on a ticket of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) and won.

[7] On 30 December 2023, he took oath as a Cabinet Minister of the Government of Rajasthan.
