Bagbahara is a town and a Municipality (Nagar Palika Parishad) in Mahasamund district in the state of Chhattisgarh, India.

As of 2001[update] India census,[2] Bagbahara, located 90 kilometres east of Raipur had a population of 16,746.

In the other side the small & large scale factories are also situated in this town which gives an employment to the poor & unemployed peoples.

The town is connected to rest of the country by state highway and rail route.

Raipur Airport is located 70 km (Approximately) towards west direction, via Mahasamund-Raipur-Mana Road Route.
