The master plan of Baku White City (Azerbaijani: Bakı Ağ Şəhər [bɑˈcɯ ɑx ʃæˈhæɾ]) is a modern city in the Xətai-Khatai district of Azerbaijan conceptualised to be part of the 2021 strategic plan for Baku.

In February 2012, the government of Azerbaijan announced that it would be planning to restore the tram line in Baku.
