In 2020, the club completed the first phase of their ground renovavations as they opened a state of the art full sized 3G pitch with floodlights.

Another piece of history was made at The Bluebell Stadium on Tuesday 25 October 2022, as Ballymacash's home game against Lisburn Distillery F.C.
who won the Ballymena & Provincial Football League, which meant Ballymacash had to meet St James in a two legged playoff for promotion.
The game finished 2-2,[6] which gave Ballymacash Rangers a 5-2 aggregate victory, securing their place in the NIFL Premier Intermediate League.
