Banderdewa is a town in North Lakhimpur district, Assam, India.

It is a growing border settlement situated near the Dikrong River.

Banderdewa's name is derived from a temple of Panchmukhi Balaji.

To enter into Assam doesn't require an ILP (Inner Line Permit).
