She received critical acclaim as Isabella in Measure for Measure, Desdemona in Othello, Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the title heroine in The Duchess of Malfi, Ruth in Harold Pinter's The Homecoming and, on many occasions, Lady Macbeth.
