Beeston Fields is a house which dates back to 1837.
On the death of his father Sir Frank Bowden, 1st Baronet in 1921, he sold the house.
It was bought by Frederick Mitchell in 1923,[1] who gave over some of the site and the house for Beeston Fields Golf Club.
Beeston Fields Drive was created in 1926[2] when the first plots were advertised for sale.
