The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.18% White, 1.20% Black or African American, 0.13% Native American, 0.76% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 0.53% from other races, and 1.13% from two or more races.

There were 1,675 households, out of which 36.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.0% were married couples living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.1% were non-families.

20.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
