Lewis Ben Williams (born May 28, 1970) is an American former professional football player.
[2] He was born in Belzoni, Mississippi and was a defensive lineman at the University of Minnesota.
Williams started his professional career in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Shreveport Pirates.
[2][4] After retiring from football, Williams created a line of nutraceutical products.
The two products he created were called Lifepro and Isotherm, both of which were sold under the Contour company name.
