Benjamin, Utah

[4] A post office called Benjamin was established in 1892, and remained in operation until 1902.

[4] Some residents made a request in February 2009 to make Benjamin an incorporated town, in an effort to prevent annexation by the neighboring cities of Salem, Spanish Fork, and Payson.

[6] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 12.4 square miles (32 km2), all land.

9.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 2.2% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 9.2% of those over 64.
