Bielawa Dolna [bjɛˈlava ˈdɔlna] (Upper Sorbian: Běła Woda Dolna) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pieńsk, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border.
