Robert E. Otto (born December 12, 1962) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Oilers.
Otto attended Foothill High School, where he played tight end.
He accepted a football scholarship from Idaho State University, where he was converted into a defensive end.
Otto was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the ninth round (248th overall) of the 1985 NFL draft.
