Bothrostethus annulipes is a species of the Coreidae family, a subfamily of the Pseudophloeinae.
[2][3] Bothrostethus annulipes can reach a length of about 9–10 millimetres (0.35–0.39 in).
A black median notch is present on the front of the pronotum.
These herbivore insects are trophically associated with leguminous plants.
