The restaurant was owned by Gordon Ramsay's Hong Kong partner, Dining Concepts.
It first opened in the Lan Kwai Fong Hotel in Lan Kwai Fong in 2014 with Gilles Bosquet as the head chef, but the hotel closed in 2017 and was redeveloped into offices, so the restaurant relocated to The Peak Galleria.
[4] Its signature dishes include fish & chips, shepherd's pie, beef wellington, tamarind spiced chicken fillets, fried buffalo chicken burger, pesto and spinach flatbread, the melted chocolate fondant capped off with mint chocolate chip ice cream and sticky toffee pudding.
