His father cofounded, with his brother, George, LaSalle Frozen Foods and BlueWater Seafoods.
[2] His brother Bob Clouston was president and CCO of Sargento Foods Inc, the Wisconsin cheese producer.
[3] He received a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Toronto in 1975, followed by an MBA from the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario in 1979.
Clouston also purchased two coach houses and the former vicarage of the village in an attempt to recreate the original estate.
