Brigadier General (Bengali: ব্রিগেডিয়ার জেনারেল, romanized: Brigēḍiẏāra jēnārēla) is a senior rank in the Bangladesh Army.

It is the truncated general rank and flag officer of the army.

In 2001, the Bangladesh Army rechristened the rank to brigadier general.
