[1] Bruce Croxon co-founded Lavalife in 1987 with partners, Nick Paine, David Chamandy and Ed Lum.

In 2004, Croxon led the sale of the company for US$152.5 million to MemberWorks Inc.[2] Bruce Croxon was a Dragon on CBC's Dragons' Den from 2011 to 2013 alongside Canadian entrepreneurs Jim Treliving, Kevin O'Leary, Robert Herjavec, David Chilton and Arlene Dickinson.
