Jesse Clarence "Bubba" Garcia (born October 18, 1957) is an American former professional football wide receiver who played two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL).
[1] Garcia was a four-year letterman for the UTEP Miners of the University of Texas at El Paso from 1976 to 1979.
[2] Garcia was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the sixth round, with the 147th overall pick, of the 1980 NFL draft.
[4] Garcia then played in five games for the Chiefs during the 1980 season, catching three passes for 27 yards and one touchdown.
[3][4] Garcia was also a member of the Denver Gold of the United States Football League in 1983.
