Burr is a village in Otoe County, Nebraska, United States.
[4] The community was named for the burr oak trees near the original town site.

40.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
There were no families and 5.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 11.1% of those over 64.
