Lorton is a village in Otoe County, Nebraska, United States.
[4] Due to the existence of another station on the railroad named Delta, the town was renamed Lorton in 1892, in order to avoid repetition.

29.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
There were no families and 9.7% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 42.9% of those over 64.
