Bymainiella monteithi is a species of funnel-web spider in the Hexathelidae family.

It was described in 1978 by Australian arachnologist Robert Raven.

[1][2] The species occurs in north-eastern New South Wales and south-eastern Queensland in montane rainforest habitats.

The type locality is Cunninghams Gap.

[2] The spiders are terrestrial predators that build silken tube retreats beneath logs.
